Shipping information
Within the EU
Joe doesn’t charge for shipping within the EU. Returns are free as well! As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a track and trace code so you know exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered. Depending on where you are in Europe, your package will be shipped with FedEx. Shipments within Europe will take somewhere in between 2–5 days.
FedEx
We ship from the Netherlands, Monday through Sunday.
Monday to Friday: Place your order before 2:00 PM and we’ll ship it the same day.
Saturday: Orders placed today will be shipped on Sunday.
Sunday: Place your order before 4:00 PM and we’ll ship it the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will ship on Monday.
We enclose instructions for returns with every order. Returns are free of charge within the EU.

Outside the EU
Shipping: For deliveries outside the EU Joe charges €30 shipping costs. Packages are sent by DHL, UPS or FedEx. We will send you an email as soon as the package is ready for shipment. In a separate email you will receive the track and trace link. Please keep an eye on it, as sometimes the carrier will try to get in touch with you for a delivery appointment or outstanding import fees. Shipments outside of Europe will take somewhere in between 3–7 days.
Just a word of warning: local tax and import duties are not included in the price and need to be paid at the time of delivery.
Please note: for orders shipped to the United States, higher import duties and taxes may apply.
VAT: For orders outside the EU, we can refund your VAT (21%) after you have received the order. Please email us at [email protected] once you have received the order, and we will arrange the refund.

At our flagship stores you can see, touch, feel, try on (and of course buy!) our Merino essentials in a pleasant setting. You can find us in Amsterdam, Leidschendam, Antwerp and Dusseldorf. Not around the corner? Just order online – shipping and returns are free of charge.
