Repair
Before discussing recycling, we’d like to remind you of our repair service. We encourage customers to drop off their broken pullovers at 1 of our stores or send us their Joe’s for repair. We will repair it for you free of charge and return it to you at our expense. For practical reasons we can only repair products made from 100% Merino wool. Moth holes we cannot mend either. But we can help you to keep moths at a safe distance. See our tips on maintenance.
Recycle
Over five years ago we introduced our first recycled Joe. Meanwhile the Joe Circular Collection comprises two styles made of 100% wool. A pullover, Joe Circular Crew, and a blanket, Joe Circular Plaid. Made for 50% of recycled Joes and for 50% of new wool to guarantee our trusted Joe quality. At the end of the day, we all still want a beautiful pullover that makes everyone happy, and will last a long time.
So we are not quite there yet but we are doing everything we can to one day produce pullovers of 100% recycled wool.
You can help us by putting your Joes pullovers that are beyond repair or that you no longer wear in the special Recycle Bin in one of our stores. You and your Joe will help build the next Joe Circular collection. And you can feel good knowing your Joe will not end up on a textile mountain somewhere in the world.
