Joe has an easy going policy: you can return your unworn Joe's within a 100-day period and get your money back immediately. Exchanging the item for a different colour or product is of course also possible.

Joe does not charge shipping costs within the EU. Also not for returning. If - for whatever reason - you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it free of charge - 100-day return period.
