Return policy

If you’d like to return or exchange a Joe, just return your order within 100 days of receipt. Returns are always free of charge within the EU. How to return? Easy. Just click the button “Register a return”.

Returns outside the EU: For orders outside the EU, we do not provide a return label. Please contact us to find the best solution. Contact us at [email protected] or +31 (0)20 820 80 80.

Return process

1. Registering

Click the button above: Register a return. Fill out your email address (the one you used when you ordered) and your order number. Click “Start my return order” and register the item or items that you would like to return or exchange.

2. Shipping

Please only return unworn items, preferably in the packaging they came in. Don’t forget to remove the old shipping label from the box, or to cover it up. Take your parcel to a post office or service point within 5 working days.

3. Return received

As soon as we have received your parcel, we will get to work to process the return order. You will also receive an email from the carrier once your parcel has arrived. We will send you an email when your return is processed.

4. Refund

We will send you a refund within (maximum) 10 working days after receiving your return, using the payment method you used when you placed your order.

This happens if you got a ‘buy more, save more’ deal. That discount applies to all items in your order, and that’s the price you see. But don’t worry, we’ll make sure that the right price is used for the refund or exchange.

At our flagship stores you can see, touch, feel, try on (and of course buy!) our Merino essentials in a pleasant setting. You can find us in Amsterdam, Leidschendam, Antwerp and Dusseldorf. Not around the corner? Just order online – shipping and returns are free of charge.
