You can buy a digital or a physical Joe Gift Card. The Joe E-Gift Card will be emailed to you almost immediately. The physical card (which comes in a nice sleeve) takes a little longer but will be with you within 2-4 working days.
Joe Gift Card is available online and in our stores for EUR 25, EUR 50, EUR 100, EUR 150 and EUR 200.
If you buy a Joe E-Gift Card, you will get it in the mail immediately. The E-Gift Card can be used immediately.

How to redeem the Joe Gift Card?
Joe Gift Cards can be used in all our stores and on the website.
The email by which you receive the Joe E-Gift Card also contains the PIN. With a physical Gift Card the PIN is located on the back, hidden below the silver coating. Scratch off the coating and you’ll find the PIN.
You can use the Joe Gift Card for payments online. Make sure you have the 19-digit card code and the PIN ready!
The same goes when you use the Joe Gift Card for purchases in one of our stores.
Our Joe Gift Card is valid for 2 years after the date of issue (but if you forgot all about the card and suddenly find it lurking in the back of a drawer, contact our Customer Service).
