You can buy a Joe Gift Card online or in one of our stores for EUR 25, EUR 50, EUR 100, EUR 150 and EUR 200.

No, we regret that you can buy just one E-Gift Card per transaction. But you can buy several physical Gift Cards at once.
The Joe Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
You can use the card in all our stores and online, on the Joe Merino website.
You will receive your Joe E-Gift Card in your inbox immediately after purchase. You can use the Gift Card right away.
Sadly not. You can’t return the Joe Gift Card. And you can’t exchange it for cash either.
You don’t have to spend the full amount loaded on your Joe Gift Card. You can use the remaining balance later.
Online you can use just one Gift Card on your purchase. But in our stores you can use multiple Gift Cards for your purchase.
Don’t worry. Your balance should be restored within four hours after a failed or interrupted purchase. If not, please contact our Customer Service.
Well, sorry but here we can’t help you. We don’t reissue lost or stolen Gift Cards.
No, we only accept our own Joe Gift Card, no other gift cards like Fashioncheque.
