Repair
Before discussing recycling, we’d like to remind you of our repair service. We encourage customers to drop off their broken pullovers at one of our stores or send us their Joe’s for repair. We will repair it for you free of charge and return it to you at our expense. For practical reasons we can only repair products made from 100% Merino wool. Moth holes we cannot mend either. But we can help you to keep moths at a safe distance. We currently only accept repairs from the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Recycle
Four years ago we introduced our first recycled pullover. But we knew we could do better, and get rid of the polyester that we had to add for quality’s sake. So we developed a programme for the limited-scale production of pullovers actually made of 100% recycled wool. We are excited to announce that we expect to launch our first collection before 1 April 2023.
At the same time we are working on a system that makes it easy and effortless for our customers to return ‘old’ pullovers that are no longer salvageable. That way we can reuse even more wool in the future.
