What to expect
Like its almost twin, Joe Overshirt Pockets can be worn over a T-shirt, a dress shirt if you want to look even smarter, or simply buttoned up. A tad thicker and sturdier, Joe Overshirt Pockets is a perfect in-between jacket.

Thanks to the innovative core spun the shirt is extremely wearable and gives you the freedom to move any way and anywhere you’d like. Thanks to the subtle button under the collar always stands up nicely.
CORE SPUN MERINO WOOL
Our Joe Overshirt has been made using a new spinning technology: Core Spun. This spinning method creates extra elasticity and strength. The yarn’s core is made up of polyamide, wrapped entirely in extra soft Merino wool. This makes Joe Overshirt sturdy but stretchy, without affecting wearing comfort.
Merino wool is praised world wide for its softness, strength, breathability and temperature regulating benefits. In addition, merino wool is 100% natural, renewable and biodegradable. All these beautiful natural properties make merino wool an extremely comfortable fabric to wear. Perfect for all seasons!
HOW TO CARE FOR MERINO WOOL
Thanks to Merino wool’s antibacterial qualities, you don’t have to wash your Joe very often. Just air your Joe outside for a night, and he will be ready for wear the next day!
Still, we recommend washing your Joe every now and then. You can do this simply and easily on the wool wash cycle in the washing machine (30° maximum, spin cycle no more than 600 rpm.). Take a look at the maintenance instructions below for best results.

The shirt is heavyweight and fits very well. It's comfortable to wear, has two virtually invisible pockets at hip level, and doesn't scratch the skin. The shirt is primarily worn while traveling, where the beneficial properties of merino wool come into their own. I like the color (navy) very much
I really like the color (navy), but the cut could be a bit tighter around the stomach (size XL). The overshirt had a thread sticking out on the inside of the pocket lining, but I was able to pull it into the inside of the pocket.
