All you need to let your woolen pullovers and shirts lead a long and happy life in one kit. Joe’s Maintenance Kit contains:
1) Joe’s Storage Box. The ideal nylon container to store your pullovers and shirts, out of reach of ravenous moths.
2) Joe's soap bar, to place in your closet. Moths hate this strong scent. Note: Place the soap in its packaging near your wool clothing. Make sure the soap does not come into contact with your clothes, as it may cause stains.
3) Joe’s special wool Detergent, our secret cocktail recipe.
4) Joe’s Wipeaways: Handy stain remover wipes for emergencies.

Delivery | Order before 2:00 pm and we’ll send out your order that same day

Delivery is free of charge within the EU. Once your order leaves our warehouse we will send you a Track & Trace code to track your order and the time of delivery.

Returns | 100-day return period

Returns are free of charge within the EU. There are two ways to return your order:

  1. 1) You can use a carrier of your choice. Please follow the instructions that came with your order.
  2. 2) Go to one of our brick and mortar stores in Amsterdam, Leidschendam, Antwerp or Düsseldorf.

Sustainability

Sustainability and Joe go hand in hand. Let us tell you why:

- Joe stands for slow fashion. Meaning we do not bring out seasonal collections, but only styles that will last you all year round for many years. For the same reason we don’t “do” sales and do not keep stocks that must be destroyed by season’s end.

- All our styles are made of Merino wool, if not fully at least partially. Wool is one of the most sustainable materials used for clothing. It is all natural, fully biodegradable, plastic-free and recyclable. And not unimportant – we only use Merino wool produced by non-mulesed sheep.

- When dyeing, we always go for the most sustainable process that uses as few chemicals as possible. Our dyeing process is ‘bluesign’-certified. The lack of chemicals is one of the reasons why our Joes hardly pill.

- All our packaging is made of 100% biodegradable cardboard and recycled and recyclable plastics.

- And lastly: with our fits that are constant and dependable (not so easy with woollen items as you might think) and our smart size calculator we have minimised the number of returns.
