Our online team has been expanded, because we wish to make online shopping at Joe as pleasant and convenient as possible, precisely in these difficult times. This is our way of bringing the ambiance and personal attention from our stores to your home.
So pour yourself a cup of coffee (or perhaps something a little stronger…), sit back and enjoy:
1) The commitment of the staff who have joined our online team. Via chat, e-mail or telephone they will answer all your questions about colour choices, styles, what to combine with what, size, and any other Joe-related subjects. They will be happy to act as your online personal shopper.
2) The extended opening times of our customer service (via chat, e-mail or telephone): available Monday through Thursday between 9 AM and 9 PM, on Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM,
and Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM.
3) Our carefree return policy. No limited return terms for Joe. Not now, not ever. You can always return your order, be it in a week, a month, a year. No questions asked.
4) Our delivery services, which will continue to deliver the way you’re used to.
In-store measures and opening hours shops
Joe Merino closely monitors the developments in the Corona crisis, and acts on the guidelines of the national governments. To Joe it is important that the ambiance in our stores is safe and relaxed. Following the most recent developments, we would like to inform you of the precautions we have taken at our stores.
1) All our staff have been well instructed about how to prevent the spreading of the Corona virus and receive continuous updates.
2) The staff at our stores do not have any symptoms and are extremely aware of the importance of good hygiene. After every customer they wash their hands and clean the pin machine. In addition, they keep a safe distance from customers and from each other.
3) We prefer payments by PIN.
4) If you have a cold, or a cough, please, please, please do not put our customers and staff at risk. Just shop online or postpone your visit to the store.
As from Thursday, 19 March 2020 our stores in Amsterdam, Antwerp and Düsseldorf will be changing its opening hours until further notice.
