Answer below three simple questions and Joe will give you the right advice right away.
John is 1.85 m, weighs 74 kg and wears Medium.
The Jan Merino is a robust and rugged pullover. Made of 80% wool from Dutch sheep, and to add softness, 20% wool from Dutch alpacas. Knit in Lichtenvoorde, a small town in the eastern part of the Netherlands.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Nice and warm pullover with the slim fit that Joe is known for, but made for hard working and hard wear. Perhaps a little less soft than our regular pullovers, but very comfy over a dress shirt. Take Jan Merino Schipperstrui out for a stroll, into the wild, when you go skiing, cycling, when you sit around a campfire, or why not, out on a boat.
100% DUTCH WOOL
The Jan Merino is made of a blend of 80% Dutch sheep wool, and 20% Dutch alpaca wool. The Alpaca adds to the softness. With a thickness of 26 micron, the pullover is not as soft as our regular Joes but has a bolder look.
HOW TO CARE FOR MERINO WOOL
Thanks to Merino wool’s antibacterial qualities, you don’t have to wash your Joe very often. Just air your Joe outside for a night, and he will be ready for wear the next day!
Still, we recommend washing your Joe every now and then. Just put him in the washing machine on the wool cycle (30° maximum, spin cycle no more than 600 rpm.) No need for manual labour! Have a look at the symbols below to find out what you have to do to get the best result.
Take care of your Joe
